  • Led the first women’s career development program for a global energy company in Nigeria. 70% of the cohort members were promoted within 2 years.

  • Co-facilitated "Men & Women as Colleagues" for multiple clients whose engagements won national recognition

  • Revised and delivered an all-virtual career development workshop, formerly classroom based, for high performing "minority" professionals. Upon completion, all were placed in new, challenging roles in the midst of 30% total employment cuts.

  • Designed and facilitated learning sessions on Diversity & Inclusion for HR managers in places as diverse as Muscat and Stavanger

  • Facilitated action-oriented learning sessions on unconscious bias for senior executives, athletes and hourly workers; designed and delivered learning sessions on microaggressions & microaffirmations in a totally virtual environment

  • Consulted with Chief Diversity Officers to develop strategies for global expansion of diversity efforts 

  • Created the first diversity toolkit for HR executives in a European Consultancy
